About detoxification
Our bodies naturally detoxify through organs like the liver, kidneys, and intestines, eliminating waste products and toxins. Certain foods can support your body’s natural detoxification process. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes are rich in antioxidants and fiber, which help neutralize harmful free radicals and aid in the elimination of toxins. Additionally, staying hydrated with water further facilitates the body’s detoxification processes.
