I am Certified Nutritionist, better health and energy seeker, food and yoga lover. I would like to inspire people to naturally create a healthier lifestyle and reverse the signs of aging along the way. I believe you can do a lot by yourself to improve your health, and not leave yourself into doctors responsibility!
Why did I start Get Better & Beautiful?
Well, many-many years I suffered several skin conditions and digestive problems, had low energy, fatigue and mood swings, anxiety, brain fog and premature aging. So I decided to do something about it. Here are some bits and parts of my life:
- Food has always been more than a fuel to me, it has been a way to find comfort and ease.
- Started having skin and digestive issues at the age of 16.
- Went to study food technology and product development at the university and made my Master thesis on the topic of food advertising to children. The outcome of the work was a bit of a schock to me and to the teachers how full of sugar most of the childrens products are. This increased the interest about food even more.
- Got rid of my digestive issues, but not thanks to doctors but rather a lots of reading and learning about nutrition and implementing as much new knowledge as possible.
- Wanted to find a solution to my continuing skin problems and went to study nutrition to become Nutritionist at 2021. Started to love cooking healthy food and testing new recipes.
- Felt my passion for health and wellness topics rekindle. Mydesire to help other people who have similar health issues was increasing, so that is how I finally decided to start with Get Better and Beautiful in 2024.
